MOTOR -THOUGHT- BEHAVIOR PATTERNS
A structured sequence of movements, learned and executed to achieve specific motor tasks. These patterns involve the coordinated use of muscles and joints, allowing individuals to perform complex movements efficiently and effectively.
New motor patterns are learned through movement, interactions with sensory environments, and challenging experiences. It takes approximately 500 hours to master a new motor pattern. It can also take upwards of 5000 repetitions to change an existing one. Behavior patterns take more than two months to change, thought patterns 3-4 weeks.

INTENTIONALLY SUCCESSFUL
An effective strategy for daily success happens first thing. Research shows that our morning circadian rhythm regulates our body temperature and heart rate, releases endorphins, and our "feel-good" hormones. Engaging in physical activity early in the morning helps regulate cortisol levels and manage stress. Cortisol has been linked to the process of positive habit forming. Utilizing the naturally higher levels of cortisol in the morning and sticking to a routine resets the body for a good night's sleep.
